CNC Turning Cell Team Leader

What you’ll be doing

We’d like you to develop your turning cell, working with setters and operators to develop their skills and flexibility. Creating new Mazatrol / Fanuc lathe programs and setting and operating machines to achieve ambitious targets to reduce set up times and eliminate nonscheduled down time.

Minimum Requirements

You must be competent at programming lathes using mazatrol software and be experienced in the use of live tooling & Y Axis milling. Typically you will produce components ranging from 20mm to 200mm in diameter to extremely tight tolerances and specifications. Work can be one offs to batches of 200 pieces.

Shift working and occasional night shift may be required from time to time to meet customer deadlines.
